Return your order free of charge within 30 days

If you are not completely satisfied with your Dutchbone product or simply change your mind, you are entitled to return it free of charge within 30 days after receiving the delivery. Returns must be shipped back to Dutchbone or reported on or before day 30. After reporting to us, you can return the product as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after the day of reporting to us. Returns must be shipped back to Zuiver on or before day 30. Returning your order is free of charge within 30 days when you follow the return procedure described below. You can also return the products without notification. In this case the shipping costs are for your own account (depending on the size of the product, the costs can be between €6.95 and €79.95).

Return item(s)

The package may be opened upon receipt, but all items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received. Preferably in the original packaging. Items returned after 30 days of receiving the delivery will be sent back, and no refund will be given.

You are just a few steps away from returning your order:

  1. Fill in and submit the online returns form.
  2. We will send you the completed return form + return label by email. Print this.
  3. Place the items in their original boxes (inner and outer boxes, if applicable). If the original outer box is not available, a similar sized box can be used.
  4. Place the completed returns form inside the innermost box.
  5. Stick the return label over the original shipping label. It is important that at least the barcode is no longer visible. You will receive a message from our logistics department with return instructions. The return method depends on the type of product.

If you take the package to a PostNL point in accordance with the instructions, always keep the receipt in case something happens to your package during the return process.

We normally process returns within 5 business days after receiving them. Please note that the processing time of your return can differ during peak periods (e.g. holidays, sale and new releases).

Of course you can also return the package without notification. Address: Daalderweg 1, 1507 DS Zaandam. In this case the shipping costs are for your own account. We prefer a notified return, this is also the fastest way to organise your refund.

Klarna

If you paid with Klarna invoice and want to make a return, make sure to pause your invoice through my.klarna.com so that the invoice does not expire before we receive your return. If you fail to pause your invoice before the invoice expires you may be subject to delay fees from Klarna. Please contact Klarna for further questions regarding your invoice.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to dissolve a contract, without giving reasons, during a period of 30 days. We are allowed to ask you for the reason of this dissolution, but you are under no obligation to state your reason(s). The period of 30 days commences on the day after the product was received by you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the transporting party. In case you want to exercise your right of withdrawal you shall report this to us, within the withdrawal period, by means of the returns form above, the model form for right of withdrawal or in some other unequivocal way. As quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after the day of reporting to us, you shall return the product, or hand it over to (a representative of) us. You will in any case have complied with the time for returning goods if you send the product back before the withdrawal period of 14 days has lapsed.

How and when do you get your money back?

We reimburse you with all payments, including any delivery costs, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after the day on which you reported the withdrawal. In case of returning only a part of your order (ie: one of two products you purchased), the delivery costs will not be refunded. If you chose an expensive method of delivery in preference to the cheapest standard delivery that we offer, we do not have to refund the additional costs of the more expensive method. For any reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that was initially used by you, unless you agree to another method. Reimbursement is free of charge. We can postpone refunding until we have received the product or until you have demonstrated that you have send the product(s) back, whichever comes first.
